Area Sales Manager & Key Account Executive (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving primary and secondary AOP
- Appoint/expand distribution networks
- Responsible for driving the proper customer engagement activities, for share growth and size growth through workshops, Trainings & the COE initiatives
- Setting targets for channel team, performance monitoring & quarterly evaluation
- Clear communication on performance gaps & the management of the revenue gaps
- Proper forecasting & reviewing of the distributor performances
- Negotiation of price with Corporates to maximize profitability
- Develop & retain KOL & Top key accounts
- Responsible for creation of a proper MDA (Market Development Activity) with the KOL’s for the long-term business associations
- Identify High procedural volume center & develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure increase in revenue & market share
- Active acquisition of new customers
Your Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Science
- MBA/PGDBM specialization is desirable
- Good clinical and technical knowledge of the related products handled
- Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with a sense for the needs of customers
- Good selling & negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
