Should your system require service, Erbe's manufacturer-trained and -authorized technicians perform repairs and inspections using original manufacturer parts, perform test and functional verifications, document all results and provide a hard copy for your records.
One of our top goals is to extend the life of your product by ensuring that the maintenance, inspection, and testing meet the requirements of The Joint Commission (JCAHO), and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Erbe USA provides a biomedical training course for APC, VIO Series, ERBEJET 2, EIP 2 Irrigation Pump, ERBECRYO 2 and ECO2 Insufflator.
Training introduction covers Theory of ESU's, History of Erbe Germany, Erbe's Technology versus Conventional Systems, and Clinical Applications.
Information covered; however, not inclusive, includes:
- Technical Aspects & Operations
- System Configurations & Programming
- Technical Safety Checks and Calibrations (Extensive PM) Procedures
- Internal System Inspections
Our training courses are conducted by our experienced, factory-trained service technicians. We maintain a small class size to enable one-on-one training and provide hands-on time for testing, troubleshooting and system alignment/adjustment.
